Private Beta Terms
These terms are an agreement between AgentLabs, which operates Praxeum ("Praxeum", "we", "us") and is registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42041148, and the company taking part in the private beta of the Praxeum platform ("you"). By requesting access and using the platform you agree to them.
1. What the private beta is
The private beta gives a small number of design partners early access to the Praxeum platform while we build it. Features change, break and disappear between releases. We onboard partners by hand and work with you on your first workflows. Access is for your own internal use, for evaluation and for the workflows we agree on together.
2. No warranty and no service levels during the beta
The platform is provided as is during the beta. We give no warranty that it is complete, accurate or fit for a particular purpose, and we commit to no availability, response or support levels. You decide what you connect and what you act on. A person on your side approves every skill before an agent can run it, and that approval is yours.
3. Your data
How we access, store and delete your data, including Google user data, is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: read-only access limited to what you scope, isolation per customer, redaction at ingestion, and deletion on request. You keep ownership of your data and of the skills produced from it.
4. Confidentiality
During the beta you will see unreleased features and we will see how your team works. Both sides keep what they learn about the other confidential and use it only for the beta. This does not cover information that is already public or that either side already held.
5. Ending participation
Either side can end participation at any time by email, with reasonable notice. When participation ends we disconnect your sources and delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. If we launch a paid version, we will offer you terms for it separately; nothing here obliges either side to continue.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam, after both sides have tried to resolve them in a conversation first.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the beta evolves and will revise the date above. Material changes are announced to partners by email.
